7kb plasmid

Intoroduction

For this project we will be using the 7kb plasmid that we found in deinoccocus aquaticus plasmid map. The overall goal is to be able to isolate, transform, and reintroduce to deinococcus aquaticus. During thisnproject there will be simmilar proceadures from the liniear plasmid project. This plasmid was found during a previous project, this was proven as a proof of concept plasmid. Finding it diamerized, so in gels there is a band at 1400 and a 700 band. This plasmid can have the ability to be introduced to other bacteria as well as deinococcus.
