7kb plasmid

 Abstract

The 7Kb plasmid is a small plasmid found within the species diplococcus aquaticus. This plasmid is found and isolated from grown cultures, from there the use of different techniques are used and then become linear. Then change of a portion of the plasmid will change, then will be reintroduced into the same species.

Introduction

The plasmid showed that the temperature so far is the trouble, as we continue there will be some changes with temperature. As we move forward the use of the plasmid will change shortly if all of the process works.

Methods

Long Amp PCR and the use of primers.

Results

Figure 1: 1% gel with plasmid

Discussion

Figure 1 has shown tha there is somehting there and the tempurature is the factor that needs to be looked at. Moving forward we may run a heat gradiant to see what temperature is the best for the 7kb plasmid.
